Thank you for choosing The Brand Studio for your business development needs through our events and membership programmes. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Event Ticket Sales:

 

• All ticket sales for events, including but not limited to “The Immersives,” are final. We do not offer refunds on tickets purchased unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be considered at the discretion of The Brand Studio. We encourage our attendees to carefully consider their schedules and commitments before purchasing tickets.

• Event tickets are non-transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be sold or given to another person.

 

Membership Subscriptions:

 

• Memberships, including “The Inner Sanctum,” require a minimum commitment of three months. Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

• Membership purchases are not transferable between individuals or entities. Each membership is unique to the subscriber and cannot be transferred.

 

Exceptional Circumstances:

 

• If you believe you have a case for a refund that falls under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at hello@thebrand-studio.com with a detailed explanation of your situation. Decisions on such matters are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of The Brand Studio management.

• Should a refund be granted under exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 10 business days to process, and funds will be returned via the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

Changes to Events or Membership Services:

 

• The Brand Studio reserves the right to make changes to scheduled events or membership content. In the unlikely event that an event is canceled by us, registrants will be notified and provided with options for refunds or rescheduling at our discretion.

• Membership services may be subject to changes or enhancements, which will be communicated to subscribers through regular channels.
